In his 20 year career in development and construction, Drew has focused on structuring real estate investments, joint ventures, asset and capital management. Previously, he was President of Titan Development where he managed Titan's self storage and multifamily divisions. In 2019, Drew became Fund Manager of the Titan Development Real Estate Fund, a $112 million fully-discretionary fund focused on ground-up development. Drew is currently a member of YPO, active on his ULI Council, and was a member of NAIOP's national board. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.
Cory leads the site selection, investment committee, and technology architecture. He is a founding Principal of Radius+ and is responsible for overseeing the data validation efforts for all of Radius+’s core datasets. Prior to Radius+, he spent 6 years investing in technology companies at Columbus Circle Investors and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. He started his career at J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank in 2006 after graduating with a BA in Economics from Skidmore College.
Gary manages the development cycle beginning with site identification from purchase agreement through entitlements, design and construction. Once the facility opens, Gary will manage the operations and asset management with third-party operators. During the last 20 years, Gary has assembled and managed development teams that have developed more than 120 self storage facilities nationwide now valued at over $1B. Gary received his MBA from Pepperdine University with concentrations in Economics and Finance and his BS from Illinois State University.
Martha is an experienced fundraiser supporting the Principals to source and secure capital contributions and provide best-in-class service for DXD Capital’s investors. She provides personal attention that integrates financial information with narrative to achieve meaningful, customized engagement between the Fund and its investors. In addition, she leads communications, public relations, and marketing efforts. Martha holds degrees from New York University and the University of Texas at Austin.
Amanda is the Chief Financial Officer for DXD. Previously, she was the Head of Finance at Descartes Labs. As the first executive finance hire for Descartes Labs, she built the finance organization from the ground up and played a key role in rapidly scaling the company from an early stage start-up company to an early stage growth company. Prior to joining Descartes, Amanda was the CFO for Verge Fund, a venture capital fund focused on high-tech investing, where she spent a decade working in fund management and private equity. She has held various accounting and finance roles for multiple VC-backed technology start-up companies (taking one through to exit, sold to Bloomberg). She has been involved in the creation and management of six venture capital funds, including the creation of New Mexico's first tech-focused VC fund backed accelerator program, where she served as founding CFO. Over the course of her career, she has participated in the raise and management of over $85M in capital. Amanda has been deeply involved in the New Mexico technology/VC community for over fifteen years and provides a depth of experience in fund management, an asset to DXD.
Cameron Paktinat is the Director of Development where he oversees site selection and underwriting. Cameron brings extensive experience and an institutional framework for analyzing self storage deals after spending the last four years growing The William Warren Group’s northeast platform through development and acquisitions. Prior to his work at William Warren, he lead the Northeastern Self Storage Practice Group for Colliers International. Cam holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Management from Dickinson College.
A native New Mexican, Avram earned degrees in English and Philosophy from Tulane University. Following his graduation, he spent several years working in post-Katrina disaster recovery in New Orleans. It was in this environment that he first recognized and exercised his financial management acumen. In 2015—after nearly a decade away—he returned to Albuquerque to start a family with his wife.
As Director of Construction, Brendan oversees the execution of development projects for DXD. Brendan spent four years working as a general contractor on a 2.6 million square foot, $900 million, award-winning renovation of the Old Chicago Post Office before consulting for Exelon as a Project Manager in the Transmission Projects group. There he worked on multi-million-dollar electrical substation projects to deliver power to the Chicagoland area. He holds a bachelor’s from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Systems Engineering & Design, with an emphasis on Civil Engineering.
