Job Summary
As a critical member of the Investor Relations team, you will work closely with the entire DXD company to support both existing and new real estate funds by delivering top-notch materials, reports, and strategic projects. This role is integral to driving fundraising efforts, managing investor communications, and fostering relationships with current and potential investors.
The ideal candidate for the Investor Relations position will be ambitious, diligent, and a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, non-hierarchical, start-up environment. They should be eager to contribute to an active fundraising landscape while also playing a pivotal role in the Firm's strategic initiatives.
This person must be comfortable creating and following up on new equity relationships, with a focus on family office investors. The ability to build and nurture meaningful relationships will be essential for success in this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Investor Relations and Business Development teams with investor and fundraising efforts.
- Maintain and update CRM with daily data input, reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
- Enhance CRM reporting for comprehensive coverage of relationships.
- Create presentation materials for investor meetings and onsite visits.
- Assist Business Development with communications, meeting coordination, and process efficiency in fundraising and outreach.
- Organize and manage investor, fund, and firm-level data for easy team access.
- Collaborate with Business Development to align territories and pipelines.
- Draft and send high-level correspondence for Investor Relations and Business Development.
- Track conferences, prepare research, and ensure follow-ups with leads.
- Support event organization, track details in the CRM, and complete follow-ups.
- Monitor investor requests, coordinate responses, and manage deliverables.
- Track pipeline activity and compile internal updates.
- Complete recurring investor reporting and questionnaires regularly.

Develop expertise in translating fund legal documents and pro forma models.

Foster collaboration with offshore investors and stakeholders.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
